Question

Hi,

When you sign a stipulation don't you have 5 days to decide if you want to change your mind? What about an affidavit? I heard you have 5 days to erase your signature if you change your mind on some contracts. Thanks

Answer

No, you have three days on a door to door sale but otherwise once you sign you are stuck.

Answer

You are right that there are SOME contracts that have a legal "cooling off period." "Some" is actually "Very Few," and legal documents such as stipulations and affidavits are most certainly not included.

Answer

I agree with Mr. McCormick. A stipulation is not one of those documents that has a cooling off period.
