On 2/21 I was given my yearly performance review at work. I received a 2% increase during this review but was also told that I was given a 60 day notice to improve some specific performance opportunities. If these opportunities were not resolved in 60 days I would lose my position. On 3/31 I was terminated stating that although the results were improving they were not improving to my supervisor's standards. This was about 3 weeks shy of the 60 day warning I was given. My position also receives a quarterly bonus. I met the expectations for the bonus and worked out the entire 3 months. They stated that I will not receive my bonus because the employee must be employed when the bonus is paid out, not when the quarter ends. Am I entitled to anything? I would like your thoughts.

No one here has any information about your former employer's policies regarding bonuses, other than what they told you.
