My husband was convicted of a Class B felony in 1992 and was sentenced 12-25 years as a violent felony offender. He has never been incarcerated before that time. Was that a legal sentence?
Answer
For a class B felony, the term shall be fixed by the court, and shall not exceed twenty-five years. For more information feel free to give me a call at 914-833-9785 or visit www.tilemandcampbell.com
