If one has citations for misrepresent motor vehicle accident or financial responsibility info to dor, and operator authorize another to operate MV w/o maintaining financial responsibility in St. Charles County case no. 1511-CR00796 and 1511-CR00797 and just recontinued EMASS in Lincoln County case for leaving scene of accident case no. 14L6-CR00119. Is there anything can do to diminish the St Charles case and or lessen the Lincoln County case?
