If it is 75 degree's out side is it warm anough to go swimming?
This depends on a number of factors, such as what is the temperature of the water you are going to swim in. This will be determined either by some sort of pool heater or by the water becoming naturally heated by the sun.
Obviously you can swim if the water is 80 degrees and its 75 degrees out.
Probably not if its 35 degrees in the water.
