Are beards business appropriate?
Depends on what kind of beard, If you look like one of the Oakridge boys, it's time to shave. But, if you keep it clean shaven and it does not hang off your face, and looks natural, then yes It's probably okay. However for the most professional look, you should not have one. Look at the candidates from the Apprentice season 1. None have facial hair. Shave it off is your best bet.
