18 year old in DCF custody in Johnson County Kansas refuse to take med and is has clear mental issues and aspergers and has probation in wyandotte county wich terms state he must take them can they refuse

His refusal is a violation of his Probation. If DCF does not contest it, the WyCo judge can imprison the 18 year old.
