I live in the state of Georgia in a gated community, children and their parents throw play balls and they inevitably land in our yard which they retrieve without asking us, then to top it off the neighbors on the left of us also feel free to enter our yard as they please, we never go in theirs, what can we do to stop this.

Talk to your neighbors rather than lawyers.
