Have outstanding ticket from car i don't have. Failed to pay fine and now license suspended. What do i do to clear it?
Answer
If you failed to appear, the way to clear the holdings to appear and deal with the ticket. If you failed to pay, the only way to clear it is today off the fines entirely.
