22 year old charged with sexual assult without force with a 14 year old who claimed to be 18 years old and their is evidence on that how many years is he facing and would he have to register as a sex offender?
Answer
an indeterminate sentence, I advise my clients this is a potential life sentence, very few people convicted of this crime are being released from prison.
