My exhusband and I have been divorced for almost a year. In the divorce decree, I said I would refinance the house into my name. However, due to bad credit, I am unable to get a loan. Can he sell the house out from under me and our children?

He can ask the court to order you tro sell the house. He will probably succeed. Why should he be on the hook for a mortgage on property he doesn't own?
