How much money does one need to be considered rich?

How much money does one need to be considered rich?
for me, living pretty much from paycheck to paycheck with a wifeand 4 kids. i would think you need enough to retire. first andformost. and then you will need to have enough to always helpdirect and sometimes indirect family members. and of course enoughmoney to basically fullfill your wildest dreams. how you get thereis a different story.
