Licensing a Product...
I have a product that already exists. How do I legally rebrand and license the product in order to bring to the American market? Thank you.

There are many questions that you left unanswered. First, what kind of product is it? This will lead to a second question of whether you have protected the product/name with copyrights, trademarks, etc? Lastly, would you want manufacturing, distribution and marketing to be part of this license? I would be happy to speak with you further regarding this.
