have had custody of my child since he was 16 months he will be 4 in march. I took him because she failed a hair rest for meth and has conintued to use. We have been back to court she showed she had been clean for a small amount of time. she was under supervised visits then made it 3 months into back in july before I founf out she was using meth again.
