Which Affidavit form is used in court when a witness is needed for a divorce trial, but witness cannot attend?
Answer
There is not such form. A witness must appear for the trial to testify and to be cross-examined. Or prior arrangement can be made to take the witness' testimony and cross-examination on tape.
