I paid $5,000 for a truck to my employer. I have all the documents stating this. I was just fired and he made me leave the vehicle or he was calling the police. Is there anything I can do without having the title? I have all the documents saying the vehicle was paid off by me.

You can sue him for $5000. You may or may not succeed at collecting depending on many things you did not tell us. Why would you have loaned an employer $5000?
