Are the findings of fact in a MN MTA enforceable by the child support agency?
Answer
Further detail would need to be known in order to provide any sort of sensible response or reply to this post. Just as one unknown, particularly in years past, the "MTA" was a document separate from the divorce court order judgment and decree. Also, it can happen that a so called 'finding of fact' is actually a misnomer or misstatement. An attorney assisting you would want to know just what particular matter is in issue as to 'being enforceable by the child support authority'. If you face such an issue and it is one of monetary (or other significant) importance to you, I urge you to pay an experienced attorney to provide you with legal advice and counsel based on the full facts. Be wary of free legal advice.

Answer
I am not sure what you are asking. Child support orders are enforceable, but Findings of Fact are just that - Findings. There is nothing to enforce. You must consult with an attorney in person.
