Question

If your parental rights have been temporarily suspended, pending the outcome of a "Juvenile Dependency Case", and during the process of these proceedings the judge issues a court order directing Social Services to vaccinate your children (which has nothing to do with their accusations against you),, THEN what can a lawyer do, or file to halt that judgement?

Answer

An attorney assisting you with such an issue would want to review the underlying legal documents prior to advising you.
