Is there a statute of limitation for a minor in possession of 3.2 beer in oklahoma when the ticket was given in 5-17-94. A third party contacted me stating that a bench warrant was placed in 1998 and that i pleaded guilty, which i never went to court to plead guilty. Is this a scam or can the state of Oklahoma prosecute 21 years later.
