Question

I repainted my home and used basically the same colors which I used six years earlier. However, the shutters were a hue brighter. The HOA states that since I did not get permission to repaint I need to repaint the shutters with another color within the scheme of the subdivision. However, the shutter color has been used for six plus years. Can i fight not repainting?
