my ex was to refinance our home within 2 years,its been 13, was almost in forclosure, he did a rent to own contract,5 months ago,with them knowing my name was on loan, told them not to move in,do work,they did. divorce says I can sell home if more then 30 days behind, He cant stop me from selling,says in divorce, so can I sell house now,or must I go to court. My niece is in house,and I want either the house back or sold, I now have very bad credit,due to this mess,ex would give me house. he has no money or cant refinance.I'am disabled with no money for lawyer,my ex is in big mess with penn national race course, so has no money
