My mother called the ambulance when I was unresponsive and not breathing when I woke up there were about 8 cops in my room they found a little baggy with residue in it. I went to my arraignment already the judge wanted me to take a drug testI had a different public defender filling in for my original one I was the last one to be called to the stand something didn't feel right but I refused the drug test and I have another court date soon and I found out somehow I unknowingly waive my rights. what's the best thing to say to obtain my rights back? and I cannot afford an attorney I did admit that the baggie was mine but I'm not pleading guilty for a felony charge whats my best option?.

If you "unknowingly" waived your rights, your public defender may be able to file a motion to suppress. There is also the possibility of doing an intervention program to avoid the felony, but you must have no priors or no significant prior record.
