My son 19, was stopped by the California Highway Patrol for speeding and was arrested for DWI. My son says blew .08. DMV already sent him a letter stating that his license will be suspended for one year. I understand there is a zero tolerance law for underage DWI. What does he have to look forward to? Will having a lawyer present make a difference? Thank you
