Who is responsible to record condo new owner, which is the bank. Last year I decided to give my condo back to the bank doing DIL. The deal is done, the last
document I got from bank was deficiency waiver agreement.
This year , I received bill for maintenance on the condo and final notice, even do I send copies of the documents of DIL, I talked to them and gave them banks phone
number ,who owns condo from September 2014 to this day/31 march 2015/.
The maintenance company want money from me, because they say I am still the
owner in county records.
Answer
If you signed a quit claim deed, than provide a copy of that recorded document to the management company AND the bank.
