The father of my child gets her until Tuesday at 1:00pm and then she is to be returned to me.I am scheduled for hospital admission on Wednesday at 6:30am. My question can he legaly hold her or does he still have to return her to me at our scheduled time?

Tuesday at 1:00pm for the return of the child to you. Why should it be any different merely because you're checking into the hospital on the following day?
