My mother passed away 2 weeks ago unexpectedly. She did not have a living will. My sister told me that I have no rights to any of my mother's assets (vehicle and mobile home). I wanted to know exactly what rights I do have and what I need to do legally to obtain my rights.

I don't think that you are talking about a "living will", which is not about property. Property is distributed by a testamentary will. If your mother had no will, then her children should share her estate equally. Talk to a lawyer who handles successions.
