In 2008 my father died and it was a family mess on legal matters. I just started college back then and was not in the right mind (cause I was grieving) so I was unsuccessful on fighting my family on the matter on his estate. However recently I have found out that I am the fiduciary of his estate. So what I am asking how or should I go about pursuing this?
