I'm a 34 year old man in Massachusetts and a 16 year old male has asked to have sexual relations with me. Is it legal for me to have sex with him or is it true as some sites say that the male age of consent in Massachusetts is 18? I've also read that the age of consent is only valid with he older person being up to 3 years older in Mass, is that true? Also does the type of sex involved make a difference ie. oral, anal?
