Since I have no attorney at this point. My executor duties are not quite finish. I did receive my

testimentary papers, however I need to know how to publish it in the newspapers of the death

of my dad. Also how to get intouch with dads creditors, and after that is completed I have a handle

on things. I live in brooklyn, ny where dad past away. I'm dad executor. Dad has an estate of about

400,000.00......no assets....Dad only owned 2 family house...where dad gave me a life estate, but

having problems because my 2 sibblings won't supply water, and heat up stairs. How can I get this

rectified..The will states I'm to live upstairs free of maintance, and no rent. Tha's only because durning the end, my dad said I took very good care of him...but sibblings are jealous. If they refuse to give me water and heat, what are my recourse to fix this siguation, I'm still the executor of dad estate. The house is about to fall down, I have 50%...sibblings 25% each( 2 sibblings ) not cooperative at all. As executor can I sell this house without their permission ? Testimentary papers said I have full powers...with no limitations. I asked them to sell but they both said no. Now can I go over their head and sell anyway , being that I am executor..with full power, no limitation.

Getting a lawyer will be well worth it. I have done cases like this and after the mess was cleaned up, ended up re-doing the sister's will because her sister was mad (but my client did everything for their Dad and lived in that house with him).
