my brother is in prison, and has been since 01 ! he filed for a divorce and his wife responded general denial! they both have moved on, though they have two teenagers together... he wants to close that chapter in his life, how can he divorce from prison?

Since he is imprisoned, he probably needs an attorney to complete the case. Since they have been apart for 14 years, it is not likely to be a complicated matter. An attorney in his county, or the county of jurisdiction of his children should be able to finish this for a reasonable fee. You and/or his family may need to help him. Good luck.
