My husband's ex wife still owns 1/2 the house. Do I have any rights were the house I live in is concerned? His and her names are on the house. Not mine, but he and I live in the house and make ALL payments, insurance, taxes, repairs, upkeep, etc..

You are likely to have the unenviable legal status of what the law might consider as a possible third party claimant, depending upon the facts in your marriage supporting the accrual of a marital interest in this property in your behalf.
However, until your husband's former wife's claim is settled and
properly disposed of (which should've happened by the time the divorce was finalized--perhaps, years ago), whatever marital interest that you may now have in this property is likely to remain largely theoretical (in my opinion).
