I evicted a tenant in February 2014. Since April 2014 I have a new tenant living in that house. She is telling me that the former tenant still comes to her house and is going through her mail. I know that this is illegal. What can I do.

Not enough facts to really help. If someone knows the tenant is present on the property and is uninvited, call the police. if the former tenant is seen going through the mail, then report that to the US Postal Service.
