I am in the state of Texas. I hired an attorney in the month of May of last year. My case involved and hit from behind by an 18 wheeler. The case took a little longer because I am a vet some the VA bills took a while to be process. In the beginning of Nov. i call my attorney to find out the status of my case and was told it will be settle in Jan. 16,2015. It has past that date and when I contacted the attorney office she couldn't give me an answer on why it is taking so long. She gave me the number to the corporate office . When call i got no help attorney in meeting or not there please help me to understand why i cant get an answer regarding when i can get my check

I just got the check in a case that took 4 1/2 months. Sounds like the prob.
