I have a 19 yar old daughter that left the house yesterday to go with her aunt. Now she is saying that she wants her stuff which i dont have a problem with it but i dont want her back in the house. She was mad a me and yesterday morning and told me she would kill me if i put her dog in a kennel. i have another daughter 18 yres old that is worry about her and mine safty. I just dont want her back living with me. I live in the state of florida what are my rights and how can i protect myself. she was told i can not not let her back into the home to live there

You are not required to house your adult daughter. As a precaution I would recommend filing a domestic violence injunction with the ckerk of court about the death threat.
