I had my parrot boarded at an Avian Vet center in Manhattan for a week while I was away. When I came back to pick him up today I was told that a steam pipe had burst in the room where the birds were being boarded and most of them passed away. Do I have any rights for legal compensation for this? My wife and I are devastated.
