At the risk of sounding overly harsh:
Your post is not an "interview". An interview is a conversation between two people, not a list of questions directed to a mass audience in the hope that someone will answer them.
Besides, this site is here to help people deal with actual legal problems and to better understand our legal system, not to make their homework easier.
