After spending time in prison how can one seek for computation. In trying to get out early. the sentence should have only been three years but was given twenty years. Not sure the question is what I need to know how. It is how to proceed after half the time is done with out incidences. Is there something in place to help someone in the Florida system.

Not sure exactly what you're asking. I can tell you that a person must serve AT LEAST 85% of their sentence, depending on things such as good time and more. Otherwise, I suggest you call an attorney in your area if you need more specifics.
